The Self-Study Visit

Chapter Three of the Self-Study Handbook Links to an external site. addresses the self-study visit; each school's Commission staff liaison will also be working closely with the school as it plans for and engages in a comprehensive evaluation visit. 

The ALO can play a valuable role leading up to the Self-Study Visit and throughout the Self-Study process providing the school with appropriate guidance and assistance. This role is grounded in knowledge of the Standards, the Policies and Procedures, and the Self-Study Handbook. In addition, the ALO often is asked to serve as the point person and coordinator for the evaluation committee.
